Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be issued within 1-3 business days.

Yes, it does come with outer cover. The outer cover can be unzipped and removed for cleaning. It can be either machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water or hand washed.

The inner foam is not washable, do not wash the foam! There is a fixed sub cover designed to keep the foam clean.

Outer cover is machine-washable. The inner foam can be spot cleaned only using a slightly-damp cleaning cloth and air-dry it naturally.
