1) The post must be Public.

2) Only Spine Series Cushion ( SpineFoam™ Coccyx Seat Cushion, SpineSupport™ Lumbar Cushion & SpineBase™ Footrest Cushion ) is qualified for warranty extension.

3) Application for warranty extension within 14 days after receiving the cushion(s) can be approved. 

4) Warranty is extendible only once per cushion.

5) You will receive a status update on your application via email within a month after approval. 

6) SpineLief+ has absolute discretion to change the parameters of the warranty extension program at any time.

7) SpineLief+ decisions on all aspects of this program are final and binding.
